On the 5th of August our Centre and MeriSTEM hosted a full day event, giving science students from the ACT and surrounds the chance to take a deep dive into Crop Science and related technologies.
From each workshop that was held that day, MeriSTEM has created informative videos and hands-on activities. Each video has a researcher from the Centre giving an account of their research and/or a description of a technique that is used in their field and has a related activity to do in the classroom. There resources are best suited to highschool science and senior Biology, senior Earth and Environmental Science and Agricultural Science students.
