A big thank you to everyone who joined us for the training retreat at the ANU coastal campus. We’re especially grateful to our guest speakers from CPAS—Rod Lamberts, Jasper Montana, and Fabien Medvecky—and Shona Gawel from GrainGrowers, for their engaging sessions.
We also extend our thanks to Kai for sharing his valuable experiences working with Indigenous communities, Joan for coordinating the Professional Intensive Course, and Ben, Alex, Reshma, and Audrey for offering insights from their placement experiences.
The retreat provided an incredible opportunity to connect and recharge, with moments of relaxation at the beach, cozy evenings by the firepit, and plenty of kangaroos adding to the experience. The delicious food made it all the more enjoyable!
We hope you found the Professional Intensive Course sessions inspiring and feel ready to put your new communication skills into action.
